Summary
An insufficient authorization check in the file replace API allows a user with only list visibility permission (UserPermListOtherUploads) to delete another user's file by abusing the deleteNewFile flag, bypassing the requirement for UserPermDeleteOtherUploads.
Impact
Any authenticated user with PERM_REPLACE (replace own files) and PERM_LIST (view other users' uploads) can delete any other user's file without needing PERM_DELETE.
The vulnerability can be exploited over the network without needing physical access. It is easy for an attacker to exploit this vulnerability. An attacker needs high-level or administrative privileges. No user interaction is needed for the attacker to exploit this vulnerability. The vulnerability can affect other systems as well, not just the initial system. There is a low impact on the integrity of the data.
